Under the direction of President & CEO Brett Ackerman, the company focuses on residential, multi-family and commercial construction projects ranging from new construction to tear-downs to renovations.

Orwin Construction is fully licensed and insured in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Orwin Construction recognizes the inherent safety risks to workers in the construction industry. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) reports the fatal injury rate for on-the-job construction workers is higher than the average for all industries.

Orwin Construction places the highest priority on a safe work environment for both its staff and the general public. This includes at a minimum decreased exposure to potential hazards, using protective gear, following standard safety protocols and providing tight project supervision at the job site.
